Love that you took the photo by MAC’S PLACE!

Well, I’ve been a little busy getting settled back home. I got very vaclempt when I heard that Houston collected over 2700 books. That put us way over 25,000 new books. You guys made this happen. You would not be denied. A girl said to me a day or two before Houston not to worry- that we’d make it to 25K. Wow! You guys were schemeing! I love you all. This summer book drive will always be special to me. You should be so proud of us. And this group of volunteers had the biggest job of any group. That was alot of books to be lugging around in the heat! But we did it!!! Stay tuned for more book drive info- u guys have so much passion and love to go round. Let’s continue this!!!! Xoxoox -jm

Redemption Code from FirstBook

I’ll add a little note, don’t redeem using your iPhone/itouch. Your code gets used but the song won’t download. Bummer! :( lesson learned

We got a few e-mails saying that folks that made a donation on Firstbook.org/letsgetthis but didn’t get their redemption code, etc. I’ve made a few donations myself and it works perfectly. So all I can think of is that you might be looking for the code in the e-mail from Firstbook that came after the donation. The redemption code is NOT in the e-mail. The redemption code is in bold red letters on the first page that pops up after your donation has been approved. And below that is a big Let’s Get This logo that is the link to soundloadmusic.com. Once at soundloadmusic you enter that code where it says “enter pin# from back of card”.

From there you are good. I hope this clears it up. P.S. For those who get the actual cards at the shows, you have to scratch off the small bar on the back of the card to get your redemption code. If you still have a problem please e-mail letsgetthisfoundation@gmail.com with “redemption error” in the subject line. Sorry for any problems! xoxooxxo -jm
